Description - Content Reflections Assignment

Content Reflections (KRDNs 2.4, 2.6, 2.7) [15%] In the second half of the semester, students will post to discussion forums on Blackboard regarding selections from our class reading/listening materials. The purpose of this assignment is to demonstrate awareness of personal biases and an understanding of how cultural differences affect equity in healthcare and nutrition. Questions are provided in the assignment document to guide your reflections. Students are required to respond to at least one classmate’s posting, which will ideally generate an ongoing conversation in discussion forum and during our class sessions. Reflections are due on the following dates:
