    1. Reading Reflection
      1. What is the most important point made in the Jun readings? What is the most important point made in the McDermott reading? What is the most important point made in the Ecklund reading? What question(s) do you have about the readings?
    2. Exploring My Gender (Source: Jun, 2018, p.6)
      1. What gendered qualities do you regularly display or perform?
      2. Are there any gendered qualities you possess that you find yourself unwilling to perform? Write these down.
      3. Write down the conditions under which you’re unwilling to perform these qualities. How do you feel when you do not perform them?
      4. What did you learn from your mother (or mother figure) about your gender?
      5. What did you learn from your father (or father figure) about your gender?
      6. What did you learn from your siblings (or sibling figures) about your gender?
      7. What did you learn from your teachers about your gender?
      8. If your parents (or parent figures) applied gendered socialization practice, what was the main message? How did this message affect you then and how does it affect you now?
    3. Misogyny & Misogynoir
      1. Write down an incident of misogyny or misogynoir that you experienced or witnessed.  What happened? What thoughts went through your head?  What were you feeling? What would you have liked to have happen?

      1. Describe your first awareness of sexual orientation. How did you feel about it then, and how do you feel about it now?
      2. What were your feelings about your sexual orientation and other sexual orientations?

      5. What did you learn from your siblings (or sibling figures) about your sexual orientation?
      6. What did you learn from your teachers about your sexual orientation?
      7. If your parents (or parent figures) applied heterosexual-oriented socialization practice, what was the main message? How did this message affect you then and how does it affect you now in relation to your sexual orientation?
