How to use OneSearch to find books in our Juvenile Literature Collection.
Getting started.
On the Library’s homepage, enter your search terms juvenile AND subject (e.g. juvenile AND science, or juvenile AND “fairy tale”) to begin your search. Then press Enter, or click the magnifying glass.
When you get your initial list of results, look to the left-hand side of the screen, and scroll down until you see the heading LOCATION. Under LOCATION, you will see Juvenile Collection, with a smaller number of results next to it. Select Juvenile Collection.
Now, all of your results should be books about science in our juvenile literature collection. You will see, under Active Filters at the upper left, that Juvenile Collection features a lock icon. This means this filter is locked, and you can change your search terms, or do a new search, and you will continue to see results only in our juvenile literature collection.
The Library’s print juvenile literature collection is located on the 3rd floor.
