If a book is missing:

1. Ask at the Circulation Desk to see if the book is there awaiting shelving.

2. If no luck, fill out a "Search form" at the Circulation Desk for searching.

3. Request the item via CUNY Resource Sharing.  If it is not available through another CUNY library,  request it via Interlibrary Loan (ILL), with a note that the item could not be found on the shelves.
