Welcome to the Brooklyn College Library, one of the largest academic libraries in New York State, and one of the senior college libraries within the CUNY system. As a high school student at Brooklyn College, these vast resources are at your disposal. Boasting over 1.8 million print publications and nearly 4 million e-books as well as a wide variety of electronic journals and databases, the Brooklyn College Library functions as both a physical and digital hub for scholarship.
The library hosts quiet study areas as well as study rooms for group work. Students can utilize several computer labs and printing stations. Students may consult a librarian at the reference desk on the first floor or schedule a consultation with a subject librarian here (https://libguides.brooklyn.cuny.edu/prf.php).
When you're in the Library, you can access all of our resources on any of our public computers.
If you're taking credit-bearing courses at Brooklyn College (enrolled in a BC course like ENGL 1012), you can access our resources from home, too. Here are instructions for logging in from off campus.
If you're not taking credit-bearing courses at Brooklyn College, and you'd like to access these resources from home, contact Prof. Matthew Harrick.
