Assume you have just been hired as Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at a medium-sized company in the hospitality industry. Several women and minority employees have sued the company for employment discrimination and sexual harassment over the last few years. As a result, the company has developed a reputation for not being inclusive and has had difficulties retaining and attracting women and minority employees. The company is diverse based on the DiversityInc human capital diversity metrics.
