Reading rooms are spacious, open rooms that provide an atmosphere suited for individual study.  You can also gain access to the Library's wireless network from any of the reading rooms. The three reading rooms in the Library are:

Silent Study

• Christoph M. Kimmich Reading Room (map): This Reading Room, overlooking the scenic lily pond, is located on the 1st floor.
• Library Science Reading Room (map): This Reading Room is located on the 4th floor.
   

For students taking online classes while on campus. 

• LaGuardia Reading Room (map): This Reading Room is located on the 2nd floor, to the left of the stairs/elevators.
  Note: Users must check-in with a validated Brooklyn College ID at the 2nd-floor service desk to access the LaGuardia Reading Room.
