The Brooklyn College Library Office of Academic Information Technologies (AIT) is pleased to resume the series of free technology workshops designed to improve your technical skills. These computer workshops are offered as a part of the AIT education initiative.

Microsoft Excel (Session 4) - Revisiting Pivot Tables

Intro to Adobe Illustrator (via Zoom)

Important Information: This workshop is for those who have never used Illustrator or for those who would like a recap on simple basic features. (This workshop is also open to those who just want to watch) Must have basic general knowledge of PC or MAC to attend, as well as basic knowledge of internet use. Do not expect to catch up when workshop is session.

Topics: This introductory workshop will be a live visual presentation of the design program Illustrator. This workshop will be an introduction to the simple and basic features of Illustrator's user interface. There will be an overview of particular tools and features that can help anyone get started with various design projects. (ex. fliers, posters and logos) (Chat window will be available for communicating between host and guests/viewers.)

Important Information: This workshop is not recommended for those who have never used Photoshop. This workshop is open to beginners and casual users. This is not considered an advanced workshop. Must have basic general knowledge of PC or MAC to attend, as well as basic knowledge of internet use. (Chat window will be available for communicating between host and guests/viewers.)
